Miniwelle

Miniwelle is a children’s swimming school in Düsseldorf, offering professional courses for children of different ages and abilities. Its lessons support beginners who are getting used to the water, children learning swimming techniques, and those preparing for the Seepferdchen badge. In small groups, certified instructors provide individual attention and help children build confidence and feel safe in the water.

The school combines skill development with playful, encouraging teaching. Miniwelle’s approach prioritises safety, enjoyment and learning without pressure, helping each child progress at a comfortable pace. Its instructors are certified by the German Swimming Instructors Association, and the school also states that its teachers hold professional qualifications from the association.

Miniwelle offers course bookings and supplementary learning materials to help children practise before lessons. Its Willi-Welle character introduces swimming and bathing rules and accompanies children through course activities. Founded by Selina, Miniwelle aims to create a supportive environment where children can develop their abilities, gain confidence and enjoy swimming.
