Minoa Education is a family-run, independently owned group of nurseries focused on providing early years education. Its settings share a common purpose while retaining their individual identities, shaped by their histories, surroundings and local communities. The group is led by Kate and Leo, qualified Early Years teachers, who work alongside experienced leadership teams across the nurseries.

Minoa’s approach is child-centred and designed to nurture independence, imagination and a lasting love of learning. Its early years provision incorporates outdoor learning, with free play, fresh air and the natural world forming part of the curriculum. The nurseries also encourage healthy eating, helping children explore cooking and become more adventurous with food. Community engagement is another part of the group’s ethos, with each nursery aiming to contribute positively to its local area.

Minoa Education offers nursery places and provides information for families about admissions, funding and its policies. The group presents itself as a small, independent family of settings committed to high-quality education and attentive support for children in their early years.
