About Minturn Saloon
The Minturn Saloon, situated in the heart of the old railroad and mining town of Minturn, is Vail Valley's most iconic and historic restaurant. With a building dating back to 1901, it has been a home to various establishments over the years, including taverns, restaurants, and even back room gambling spots for railroaders. Despite the development of Vail and Beaver Creek resorts nearby, Minturn has managed to preserve its authentic Colorado charm.
Under new ownership since December 2021, owners Connie and Tony Mazza are enhancing the Minturn Saloon's recipes, menu, and kitchen. Boasting the distinction of being the only solar-powered restaurant in Eagle County, their 37 rooftop solar panels provide 25% of their electricity. They also offer a variety of handcrafted foods, such as their popular crushed red pepper and jalapeno pepper jellies.
The Minturn Saloon is open every day from 3 p. m., and reservations are welcome
