Topics cover serves, volleys, overheads, screens, drives, footwork, court positioning, partner play and match strategy. Most lessons last two to six minutes, making them easy to watch before or between games, while longer programs and masterclass replays explore topics in greater depth.

Membership also includes a private player community where members can post clips, ask questions and receive coaching advice, along with live masterclass replays and new lessons throughout the season. miPADDLE offers monthly, six-month and annual plans, each beginning with a seven-day free trial. Annual members receive $100 to spend at the miPADDLE shop, which offers paddles, gear and accessories from leading brands. Players can also subscribe to a free weekly email featuring coaching notes and drills without joining the membership.
