Frank Developments is a property development company with projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Its portfolio spans multi-residential, residential, industrial and commercial developments, and the company shares project news, insights and updates on its work and community partnerships. One featured project is MIRA, an exclusive collection of 12 beachfront residences at 61 Garfield Terrace in Surfers Paradise.

Designed by Ferro Chow Architecture and ByCulprit, the 27-storey development comprises eleven dual-level homes and a triple-level penthouse, with residences ranging from 390 to 609 square metres. The homes are planned to combine house-like scale and privacy with elevated coastal outlooks. Interiors feature travertine, European oak flooring, timber-look joinery, brushed nickel fixtures and Swiss-made V-Zug appliances.

Resident amenities include an ocean-facing pool, sauna, gym, outdoor yoga area, alfresco and private dining spaces, plus Beach Cove facilities with direct sand access, surfboard storage and an outdoor shower. MIRA is under construction, with completion scheduled for late 2026
