Mireles Clinic

The Mireles Clinic (TMC) provides ethical, individualized behavior support in El Paso, Texas, for children, teens, adults, and their families. Its services are designed to build practical skills and support progress toward greater independence, with an emphasis on compassionate care, parent involvement, and clear goals for moving forward from therapy.

TMC offers applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, including support for school-age children and complex cases. Treatment can address behaviors that interfere with learning while developing communication, emotional regulation, and independence. Parent coaching helps caregivers strengthen routines, communication, and behavior support at home. For teens and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, services focus on daily living, self-care, community participation, safety, and self-advocacy.

The clinic also provides BCBA consultation and education, mentorship, and fieldwork supervision for student analysts and practitioners. TMC accepts several commercial insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, Unicare, Providence, and Beacon, and offers private-pay options or single-case agreements.
