Mirror Mail is a Figma plugin that helps designers and marketing teams turn email designs into ready-to-send Klaviyo templates. Users select a Figma frame and export it as native Klaviyo drag-and-drop blocks, exact-match HTML, or Image Slices. Drag-and-drop exports use editable Klaviyo components such as text, buttons, images, columns, headers, sections, and social icons. HTML exports preserve the design across desktop and phone layouts, with live text editable in Klaviyo’s code editor. Image Slices reproduce designs as image blocks while retaining applicable alt text and links.

The service uploads images, builds a new template in Klaviyo, and provides a direct link to open it. Mirror Mail also checks exports by reading and rendering the resulting template. Phone layouts are designed for a 375-pixel screen, with separate desktop and mobile copies used when needed. Klaviyo accounts connect through a private API key stored encrypted on Mirror Mail’s server. Plans include a free option with 10 exports, Pro for individual designers or brand teams, and Agency for teams managing multiple client accounts.
