About Mirror of Hope CBO
Mirror of Hope is a community-based organization in Nairobi, Kenya, focused on improving the quality of life for vulnerable women and children in the Kibera slum. Founded in hope and rooted in love, our mission is to restore hope to families with the greatest need. We provide care and support to children who might otherwise be left to roam the streets begging for food or turning to drugs.
Our organization prioritizes education, offering support for children to continue their schooling and teaching them essential life skills. By nurturing their bodies and minds, we aim to help children and vulnerable women find their place in the global community, recognize their potential, and understand their relationships with family, society, and the world. We rely on volunteers and donations to run our projects and make a difference in the lives of the people in Kibera
