Missing Link Running is a Twin Cities trail-running club built around community, accountability, and the shared adventure of running outdoors. It welcomes runners working toward a range of goals, from completing a 5K to training for an ultramarathon or returning after a difficult race. Members support one another, celebrate progress, and share trail stories along the way.
The club offers regularly scheduled coach-led runs and workouts from March through October. Led by Coach Bitner, weekday sessions include strength and trail intervals at Theodore Wirth Park, while Saturday mornings feature long runs on trails around the Twin Cities metro. Members also organize runs and other activities throughout the year through the club’s WhatsApp channel, and special runs and events are listed on its calendar.
Missing Link Running encourages participants to explore dirt trails and enjoy the challenge and scenery beyond pavement. The club also highlights other local running groups, including winter options, and shares stories and photos from its community.
