Mission

Mission by Manifest is a free, invite-only community for corporate global mobility and immigration professionals. It brings together leaders who help organizations move talent across borders, creating a space to share expertise, build genuine peer relationships, and strengthen the field through collective action. Membership is intended for in-house corporate practitioners, not vendors or service providers, who support lawful immigration and compliant U.S. sponsorship.

The community offers year-round connections and real-time collaboration, including rapid information sharing and “war rooms” when policy changes or crises arise. Members can access anonymous, confidential benchmarking on visa processing trends, such as approval and request-for-evidence rates, and learn how peers develop mobility and immigration programs. Mission also hosts curated expert webinars, member-led spotlights, and in-person gatherings designed for meaningful discussion and connection.

Mission describes its purpose as turning individual leadership into shared strength and isolated expertise into communal knowledge. Prospective members submit a request to join for review.
