The Missouri Coalition of Animal Care Organizations, based in Columbia, MO, has been transforming the collective impact of animal welfare organizations since 2020. With a mission to support Missouri's companion animals and their communities, this collaborative network aims to create a strong and compassionate network between animal care organizations, advocates, and communities. The coalition envisions promoting the well-being of companion animals, creating communities that compassionately care for animals in need, and reducing the number of unwanted, lost, and neglected companion animals.

Their board of directors consists of dedicated animal advocates striving to make Missouri a better place for animals. Additionally, animal care organizations that are part of the coalition share a commitment to kindness and collaboration in the animal sheltering and rescue field. Don't miss out on their Midwest Animal Sheltering Conference, which offers networking and training opportunities exclusively for animal shelters and rescues.
