Miss Utility is the one-call notification center for underground infrastructure in Western Shore Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Eastern Shore Maryland & Delaware. Our main goal is to prevent damage to underground facilities during excavation and demolition by providing one-call services. We also offer educational programs and outreach to build a sense of shared responsibility for protecting underground infrastructure.

For excavators, homeowners, and owner-members, we provide information and resources to ensure safe digging practices. In addition to our notification services, we offer ITIC, a web-based ticketing software that simplifies the notification process with tools like interactive mapping and auto-fill data fields. We also provide a simplified version of ITIC, called ITIC Lite, for homeowners.
