Mister O1 is a contemporary pizzeria built around the idea that exceptional pizza depends on careful technique, quality ingredients, and consistency. Founded in Miami Beach by Chef Renato Viola, the brand draws on his experience and award-winning background in Italy and Europe. Its signature artisanal pizzas feature a delicate, thin crust and light dough that rests for at least 72 hours through natural leavening.

Mister O1 uses fresh ingredients, many imported from Italy or sourced locally, and highlights extra virgin olive oil in its kitchen. The menu also includes salads and a burrata bar. With locations across Florida, Texas, and Georgia, Mister O1 offers online ordering, gift cards, merchandise, and information about its locations and opening hours.

The brand also runs Mister O1 Pizza School, where amateur enthusiasts can learn pizza-making in classes offered in Miami, Dallas, and Atlanta. Through its restaurants, educational experiences, and community-focused presence, Mister O1 presents pizza as both a carefully crafted meal and an art to enjoy and share
