About MIT Odoo
MailDesk is an email and shared-inbox solution for Odoo, developed and supported by Metzler IT GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. Built for teams that manage communications alongside their business workflows, it brings Gmail, Microsoft 365 and IMAP mailboxes into one inbox within Odoo, reducing the need to switch between applications. The suite supports Odoo versions 17, 18 and 19 and includes an AI assistant, shared inbox features and an Automation Engine for email workflows.
Seven workflow bridges connect email with Odoo functions such as CRM, Helpdesk, Calendar, Sales, Documents and Chatter, while Partner 360 provides a contact panel. Customers can choose individual modules and buy through a subscription, a perpetual licence or a managed service. Subscriptions start at €29 per month per Odoo instance, while perpetual licences start at €389; prices exclude VAT.
MailDesk states that it is GDPR-compliant and does not require an additional SaaS service or server. The company also offers demos, customer support and a partner programme for Odoo implementers and service providers
