The purpose of Mithra (friend) is to provide mental health information and support, in a way that a trusted friend would. As a social enterprise, our focus is on providing safe spaces where we engage with tools and practices that are self-reflective, self-expressive, and promote understanding, empathy, and connectedness. All the work we do, all our services, are born out of our lived experiences and our aim is to provide safe spaces for self-discovery and self-healing.

About Mithra Trust
Mithra Trust is a brand dedicated to addressing mental health issues and ensuring that they are no longer invisible. Their mission is to bring this conversation to those who suffer in silence and provide support to those in need. The brand was inspired by the story of Asha, a girl who lost hope and gave up on life.
Mithra Trust aims to prevent such situations from happening again. They offer safe and brave spaces called The Meh® sessions, where individuals can express themselves and find a sense of connectedness. These sessions cover a range of emotions and provide opportunities for self-expression, learning, and connecting with others.
Mithra also offers illustrated mental health information through their Sky Is The Limit Series and provides a framework for supportive conversations through the What to Say series. They are committed to maintaining a safe space for the queer community and survivors of violence. You can support Mithra by attending sessions, purchasing The Meh® Kit, or donating to their cause.
