Mitira, named after "mother" in the local Lesbian dialect, honors mother earth and all nurturing mothers. Since 1900, our organic olive grove on the island of Lesvos has been producing top-quality olive oil. Our extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Kolovi and Adramitiani olives unique to Lesvos, boasts a golden hue and delightful aroma.
Harvested with love and care, our olives are hand-picked early to maintain low acidity levels in our cold-extracted oil.
