MIX | Lower Hutt is a brand that provides support to individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing mental health distress in the Hutt Valley. At MIX, participants are encouraged to be themselves and reach their full potential. The brand offers an inclusive and supportive space that aims to foster self-determination and overall wellbeing.
With a focus on the values of individual uniqueness, collaboration, and creating opportunities, MIX works in partnership with service users, welcoming suggestions and feedback. They have two daily programmes, namely the Wellbeing & Community Programme and the Creative Space Programme, ensuring that all participants' needs are fully met. By incorporating the Five Ways to Wellbeing, MIX empowers individuals to grow and solve problems within their means.
