Mixarq is a Lisbon-based architecture and design studio offering services in architecture, building conservation and rehabilitation, urban planning, furniture design, and interior design. Its work focuses on intervening in both spaces and materials, adapting solutions to the needs of each project. The studio’s guiding approach is to develop a distinct response for every situation, aiming to create products and outcomes that are both unique and innovative.

Mixarq’s portfolio includes residential rehabilitation and condominium projects, as well as work in furniture and commercial interiors. Projects listed by the studio include Condomínio da Lapa, Lapa 111, Lapa 115, São Domingos 86, Tivoli Caffé, Art Bloc, and Dom Carlos 90.

The studio has also developed MixApartments, a concept involving the rehabilitation of buildings by Mixarq and their subsequent fitting and registration as local accommodation for temporary rentals. Through this initiative, the practice combines building renewal with furnished short-stay accommodation. Mixarq serves clients from its studio in Lisbon, Portugal, and presents its work and project updates through its website.
