Mixeratum Ergo Sum is a Bordeaux-based performing arts collective and nonprofit association dedicated to creating sensitive, poetic experiences through contemporary, hybrid performance. Its work crosses artistic disciplines, bringing together theatre, music, dance, performance and, in some projects, sports to encourage encounters, dialogue and surprise. Rather than treating these forms separately, the collective blends them into distinctive live creations, including events designed for particular venues and audiences.
Its projects range from Piscine Party, a participatory show adapted to different swimming-pool settings and created with professional and amateur artists, to poetic performances presented in cultural spaces such as libraries. Mixeratum Ergo Sum also supports musical work: its featured group Blue Mojito has released the EP Mileva, with original French-language songs drawing on bossa nova and Latin sounds.
Based in Bordeaux, the collective presents performances and creative projects both in and beyond traditional venues. It is supported by regional and local cultural partners and holds Service Civique accreditation.
