Mizoeti

Mizoeti KinderCoaching is a child-focused coaching practice in Almere Buiten, the Netherlands, helping children grow in confidence and develop greater self-reliance. Its approach is holistic, positive and solution-focused, recognizing childhood as a time of discovery and development while acknowledging that children may need adult support to navigate challenges.

In individual sessions, each child receives personal attention in Mizoeti’s practice room, known as the playroom. The coaching uses conversation and reflection, play, creative activities, body-oriented exercises and active exercises to help children express and explore their inner experiences. Play, creativity and yoga are also used to encourage imagination and support children in making sense of difficulties, with the aim of improving wellbeing across areas of development. Mizoeti offers child coaching and children’s yoga, alongside information about rates and contact options. The practice presents its work as a safe, supportive space where children can explore what they are experiencing and build skills at their own pace. Mizoeti KinderCoaching is based at Giraffeweg 10 in Almere Buiten.
