МКД Копилка is a customer loyalty program that helps shoppers save on purchases at Пакет supermarkets, ПаLLет hypermarkets, and the online stores ПаLLет Доставка, Пакет Доставка, and МТ Доставка. Members can access monthly promotional offers, with discounts of up to 50% on selected products. The program also awards bonus points equal to 1% of the eligible purchase amount, credited to a member’s bonus account.

Customers can join with either a virtual or plastic loyalty card. A virtual card is available free through the МКД Копилка mobile app or personal account and appears shortly after registration. A plastic card can be obtained at a participating store checkout for 50 rubles; it must then be activated by completing a registration form and providing the card number. The app lets members keep track of their bonus balance on a phone, while the website offers account access, balance checks, store information, and a promotional catalogue. Bonuses expire one year after they are credited.
