MKG UK 🇬🇧

MKG Martial Arts United Kingdom is part of the Minnesota Kali Group, a martial arts organisation focused on high-quality training and individual improvement. Its schools across England, Wales and Scotland offer classes for people seeking fitness, stress relief, practical skills or a welcoming introduction to martial arts. The curriculum includes Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Jeet Kune Do Concepts.

MKG describes its training approach as the “MKG Method,” combining structured classes, purposeful workouts, training equipment and a friendly atmosphere. Beginners are introduced to pad work and ways to respond effectively to attacks, with an emphasis on making training safe and accessible from the outset. The organisation aims to support confidence, health and overall well-being, and welcomes martial artists, competitive athletes, fitness enthusiasts and curious newcomers through classes and beginner programs.

MKG Bournemouth serves the Bournemouth and Poole area, with Ollie Hill and Rachel Miley listed as owner and head instructors. Prospective students can contact a nearby school to enquire about trying a class.
