With its permanent and temporary exhibitions, as well as virtual and traveling displays, MKVM showcases the development and evolution of Hungarian commerce over the past two centuries. Visitors can explore the world of measurements, the bustling marketplaces, and the art of hosting guests in 19th and 20th-century home and professional settings.
The museum also pays tribute to influential figures such as Gerbeaud Emil, a renowned confectioner and chocolate factory owner, and Krúdy, a beloved Hungarian writer.
