About MLA Academy
MLA Academy, formerly known as the Peter Drucker Academy, is a member of the MLA Management Foundation, a registered non-profit charity in Hong Kong. Founded by Joseph Macarelo, MLA Academy is dedicated to promoting the legacy of Peter Drucker, who pioneered the concept of modern management and is hailed as the Father of Modern Management. At MLA Academy, they offer a range of courses and workshops designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for effective management and leadership.
Their flagship program, the MLA Executive Management Course, covers topics such as effective management, leadership and motivation, strategic thinking, and organizational development. They also offer short-term courses for professionals looking to enhance their specific management skills. MLA Academy values the practice of management as a liberal art, aiming to create a functioning society based on Drucker's principles.
They have also established the MLA Honor Society to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of management and have incorporated Drucker's teachings to positively impact businesses and society.
