MLAB NJ

The Movement Lab, also known as MLAB NJ, is a New Jersey training center in Hainesport offering ninja, parkour, and obstacle-based activities. Established in 2011, it welcomes children, teens, and adults with programs designed for different skill levels. In structured classes, participants learn obstacle-specific techniques while developing strength, coordination, and confidence through energetic, engaging training led by experienced coaches.

The Lab also offers home-school classes, day camps, and winter camps, giving children opportunities to stay active during school days off and seasonal breaks. For those who want to put their skills to the test, MLAB NJ hosts World Ninja League competitions and in-house competitions. Its events include Kids Night Out, and the venue can also host birthday parties featuring a ninja obstacle course. The program offers a lively alternative for people interested in movement and physical challenges, including children who may be looking for something different from traditional sports. Located in Hainesport, the center provides classes, camps, competitions, events, and parties for the local community.
