MLQE, short for Mouvement Luxembourgeois pour la Qualité et l'Excellence, is the national actor of performance in Luxembourg. Established in 2001 in collaboration with the CRP Henri Tudor (now Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, LIST) and the Ministry of Economy, our organization is dedicated to supporting the economic fabric of the country by providing actions and services to national stakeholders. With a network of organizations of all sizes and sectors, we have one of the richest and most diverse networks in the country.

Our main mission is to promote and encourage initiatives for quality and excellence in all sectors of activity. We guide and assist companies and organizations in Luxembourg towards sustainable and efficient management practices. Additionally, we foster an exchange of best practices among different organizations and aim to be the preferred contact for quality and excellence matters.

We offer a wide range of services to support continuous improvement efforts, including events, training programs, workshops, and consultancy services. Furthermore, we recognize excellence and innovation through the Luxembourgish Quality and Excellence Awards (PLQE) and provide valuable resources and job opportunities for our members. At MLQE, we are proud to be pioneers and references in the field of quality, excellence, and management.

We strive to satisfy our members and collaborate closely with them and our partners. Our goal is to make the Luxembourgish Quality and Excellence Awards a national flagship event and increase our presence and collaboration with the government and public institutions. We also emphasize the importance of continuous improvement to both public and private organizations and maintain international connections with similar bodies.
