Legion Team Żabno

Legion Team Tarnów is a martial arts school in Tarnów, Poland, offering training in mixed martial arts (MMA), Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are led by qualified coaches with competitive and coaching experience, and are designed for beginners as well as experienced athletes. Training groups are arranged by ability, with instruction tailored to participants’ needs.

The school offers programs for children and young people, including Legion Kids for ages five to six, Legion Young for ages seven to nine, and Legion Junior for ages ten to fourteen. These classes combine physical development with age-appropriate martial arts skills, self-defence and, for older participants, a broader range of techniques drawn from disciplines such as judo, wrestling, boxing and Muay Thai. Adults can train to develop their skills and fitness, or pursue personal goals such as weight reduction. Legion Team Tarnów also provides individual training for focused coaching and regularly hosts seminars featuring accomplished MMA, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters from Poland and abroad.
