MMA TORUŃ

Toruński Klub MMA – NO LIMITS is a martial arts club in Toruń, Poland, focused on training for mixed martial arts (MMA). Its approach combines striking disciplines, including boxing, Muay Thai and kickboxing, with grappling sports such as wrestling and jiu-jitsu. This broad mix helps students develop skills across different areas of combat, supported by structured instruction, practice and discipline.

The club offers group training for participants at different stages, with separate groups for beginner juniors, intermediate youth and senior or competition-level athletes. It also provides individual sessions, where an instructor works one-to-one with a student to develop their abilities and progress toward a higher sporting level. Training is arranged by age and experience, and exercises are generally practised in pairs selected according to those factors.

Newcomers can attend a free introductory session, which does not require protective equipment or specialist gear. The club also promotes Muay Thai and K1 training.
