About Marine Mammal Stranding Center
The Marine Mammal Stranding Center (MMSC) is a nonprofit organization based in Brigantine, NJ. Established in 1978, their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and release marine mammals and sea turtles. As the only Federally-authorized animal hospital in New Jersey, they play a vital role in responding to distressed animals and providing crucial medical treatment.
