About MMT Nederland
MMT Nederland is a collaboration of the four Mobile Medical Teams in the Netherlands, dedicated to providing prehospital specialized medical care. These teams complement ambulance services by offering expert medical assistance to severely ill or injured patients outside of the hospital. Utilizing helicopters ('Lifeliner') or MMT vehicles when necessary, they ensure rapid response and critical care.
MMT Netherlands focuses on improving healthcare, conducting research, and coordinating training programs. As part of the National Acute Care Network (LNAZ), MMT Netherlands operates under prestigious university medical centers like Amsterdam UMC, ErasmusMC, Radboudumc, and UMC Groningen.
