MnCCC is a cooperative that brings Minnesota counties together to address technology and operational challenges through collaboration. Its user-group network connects county professionals across areas including tax systems, human services, corrections, law enforcement, county attorneys, finance, payroll, and child and teen health programs. These groups help members share knowledge, organize priorities, and work toward solutions suited to counties with different populations, technical capabilities, and experience.

MnCCC provides resources such as documents, glossaries, training, workshops, job postings, and events, including an annual conference. Members can also access discounts on training and other services. The organization supports participation through regional connections and membership options, with voting rights varying according to membership level. Its partnerships with public-sector organizations and technology providers help it coordinate expertise and support for local government needs. Through its user groups, events, resources, and partnerships, MnCCC helps counties stay informed, strengthen cooperation, and pursue effective technology solutions. It also shares updates, member spotlights, and newsletters to keep its community connected.
