MobiData BW - Mit Daten klimafreundliche Mobilität voranbringen MobiData BW ist die verkehrsträgerübergreifende Open-Data-Plattform für Mobilitätsdaten des Landes Baden-Württemberg. Verkehrsträgerübergreifende klimafreundliche Mobilität orientiert sich heute und in Zukunft an einer zentralen Komponente: Daten. Ob kommunale Verkehrsplanung, intelligentes Routing oder die niederschwellige Nutzung von multimodalen Wegketten – überall werden Daten wie ÖPNV-Echtzeitinformationen oder Standort- und Verfügbarkeitsangaben von Sharing-Diensten benötigt und das im besten Fall als Open-Data frei zugänglich wie auf MobiData BW. Das Team Mobilitätsdaten & Innovationen betreibt MobiData BW im Auftrag des Ministeriums für Verkehr Baden-Württemberg. MobiData BW ist die zentrale Kompetenzstelle für offene Mobilitätsdaten im Land. Das Team aus dem Bereich "Digitale Mobilität" der NVBW unterstützt digitale Innovationen für klimafreundliche Mobilität - in Kommunen und Verkehrsbetrieben bei der Erschließung von Moblitätsdaten ebenso wie in der Forschung, Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft beim Einsatz von Mobilitätsdaten für nachhaltige Angebote und Innovationen. About MobiData BW
MobiData BW® is the cross-modal open data platform for mobility data in the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. In today's and future climate-friendly mobility, data plays a central role. Whether it's municipal traffic planning, intelligent routing, or the seamless use of multimodal travel chains, data such as public transport real-time information or location and availability data of sharing services are needed and ideally should be freely accessible as open data, just like on MobiData BW®.
The team behind MobiData BW® supports the development of digital innovations for climate-friendly mobility as the central competence center for open mobility data in the region. Open data is the key to new mobility. By bundling and openly providing mobility data, MobiData BW® promotes climate-friendly mobility by enabling easy access and utilization of data in local information systems, tourism maps, and central mobility displays.
The integration of data from different transport modes is particularly aimed at promoting sustainable forms of mobility and facilitating the transition to climate-friendly transport options. MobiData BW® operates a data and service portal for the consolidation and publication of mobility data on behalf of the state of Baden-Württemberg under the brand MobiData BW®. Following the principles of open data, MobiData BW® provides mobility data via open interfaces as a non-profit and discrimination-free portal, making it available to citizens, municipalities, research institutes, and the private sector.
MobiData BW® accompanies and shapes digital innovations in various mobility projects, which includes both concepts for generating new data and new applications using the existing data. The team of MobiData BW® provides conceptual support during the design process within the project timeframe, as well as substantive guidance. The MobiData BW® competence team supports the networking of civil society, research, private sector, and administration.
Additionally, the team behind MobiData BW® coordinates and supports the network of municipal data managers as part of the promotion of sustainable mobility by the Ministry of Transport in Baden-Württemberg
