Mobility Drive

Mobility Drive is a South African membership service designed to keep drivers moving when their vehicle is undergoing a scheduled manufacturer service or an approved mechanical or electrical repair. In partnership with Europcar South Africa, part of Motus Group Ltd, it provides access to courtesy rental vehicles from Europcar’s fleet, helping members manage work, family commitments and everyday travel without relying on taxis or arranging costly rentals themselves.

Members can choose monthly or annual plans, with vehicle categories ranging from manual and automatic compact cars to family SUVs and premium models. Eligible bookings provide a courtesy car for up to three days per incident under standard cover, with options to extend the duration or number of incidents. Benefits include 200 kilometres of driving per day, a Super Damage and Theft Waiver, and delivery and collection within 25 kilometres of a Europcar branch. Membership is activated after a plan-specific waiting period, and bookings are made online 24 to 48 hours ahead.
