Mobiolink is a Belgian software company providing a virtual automation platform for specialist laboratories. Designed to complement existing laboratory information systems (LIS) and laboratory automation, it organizes, monitors, and documents batch-analysis workflows from sample receipt through technical validation and result export. The platform supports processes including sample sorting, RNA and DNA extraction, PCR setup and plate layouts, measurement, interpretation, quality controls, repeat management, and batch validation. It brings results together across methods such as PCR and qPCR, mass spectrometry, HPLC and GC, and ELISA.

Mobiolink connects bidirectionally with LIS platforms and laboratory instruments, adapting to existing integrations without requiring an LIS replacement. It can be deployed on-site within a laboratory’s own infrastructure, with no cloud component or external data transfer. Departments can use dedicated, workflow-specific instances while coordinating results across teams and routing them to the appropriate LIS. The software organizes and documents work and can assist with interpretation, while final validation decisions remain with laboratory staff.
