MOCCMA was established to meet the growing credit and commercial account management needs of Macao. As an international city, Macau is one of the most important commercial, financial and tourism centers in the Asia-Pacific region. With the rapid development of Macao's economy, enterprises have higher and higher requirements for credit management. In addition, the competition and unpredictable risk factors in the business environment have also led to the gradual increase of the demand of enterprises for business account management knowledge and skills. In order to improve the professional level of credit and commercial account management in Macao, MOCCMA said that it will be committed to the following aspects: 1. Provide professional training and courses: MOCCMA will hold various types of professional training and courses, including courses in credit evaluation, trademark protection, business law, financial analysis, mediation and arbitration, etc., to improve the professional knowledge and skills of members. 2. Promote communication and cooperation among members: MOCCMA will regularly hold various types of meetings and seminars to improve integration among members and build mutual trust and support among members. 3. Strengthen industry compliance and ethical standards: MOCCMA will publish various forms of industry norms and standards to be followed to members, linking the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to strengthen the professional ethics requirements and compliance of members. 4. Represents members to participate in international conferences and activities: MOCCMA will participate in international conferences and activities on behalf of members to promote international exchanges and cooperation in credit management and business development in Macao.
