Mocha Capricorn Doula

Mocha Capricorn Doula LLC provides holistic support and education for pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Founded by Tania, a mother of three with a passion for pregnancy, birth, and babies, the practice is guided by the belief that birth work is activism. Its mission is to help birthing people feel safe, supported, and cared for, while recognizing that well-being includes mental and emotional health as well as medical care.

Services include full-spectrum doula care throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, plus childbirth education covering the basics of labor and delivery. Prenatal Reiki is offered in three 50-minute sessions for pregnancy-related concerns. The practice also provides postpartum belly binding to support the body after childbirth, and yoni steaming in three sessions, described as support for womb healing and cleansing. Lactation counseling offers personalized guidance for parents navigating breastfeeding and milk production challenges.

Mocha Capricorn Doula aims to create a healing, supportive space for all bodies.
