MO' Cowbell Marathon

MO' Cowbell Marathon is a vibrant annual event taking place on October 5, 2025, in St. Charles, Missouri. Established in 2011, this community-focused marathon promotes a healthy lifestyle and offers a fun-filled racing experience for participants of all ages. The event features a variety of race options, including a full marathon, half-marathon, 10K, and 5K, all set against the picturesque backdrop of Historic St. Charles and the Missouri River.

As a nonprofit organization led by the Economic Development Council of St. Charles County, MO’ Cowbell strives to give back to the community, ensuring that all proceeds are reinvested locally. The marathon's flat, fast course not only caters to casual runners but also serves as a qualifying event for prestigious marathons like Boston and New York City. With a welcoming atmosphere accentuated by humor—exemplified by its playful mascot, Chuck the Cow—the MO' Cowbell Marathon promises an unforgettable experience that inspires both individuals and families to engage in health and wellness.
