Mode.Inc is building a consent-based data supply for the AI economy, connecting everyday consumers with organizations seeking real human insights. The company acquires consumer apps with engaged audiences and adds its EarnOS rewards platform, aiming to generate revenue while giving users rewards for sharing data and insights with consent.

Its business spans several divisions: Mode Mobile, where users’ everyday phone activity provides consumer signals; Mode Media, focused on what people read and care about; and Mode Money, related to users’ financial choices. Through m0de.ai, Mode.Inc offers this consented data supply to AI labs, enterprises, brands, research organizations, and finance buyers, including custom data sets.

The company presents its model as an alternative to data collection that extracts value without rewarding the people behind it. It says its services have facilitated more than $1 billion in earnings and savings, with over 100 million monthly active users. Mode.Inc also reports raising $100 million and having more than 60,000 shareholders, and says it is on a path to public listing.
