Modern Parenting Program

Modern Parenting Program helps parents and employers make family and working life more compatible. Founded by Carmen Beisswanger, Christina Korntreff and Julia Daubertshäuser, the organization works with companies to support equal, flexible approaches to parenting and strengthen family-friendly workplaces. Its services are designed to help employers retain skilled staff, improve employee commitment and create conditions in which parents can contribute at work without neglecting family responsibilities.

For businesses, the program offers keynote talks and presentations for HR teams, managers and parents, as well as HR consulting and process support to develop practical strategies for workplace compatibility. Its modular parent program can be tailored to each organization and delivered through individual sessions, workshops or longer group formats. Modern Parenting Circles combine masterclasses, peer exchange with role models and parent couples, and coaching.

Program topics include sharing care and household work, making mental load visible, communication, finances, partnership and career planning. The organization draws on professional expertise and its founders’ personal experience as parents and working professionals to help families develop arrangements that fit their needs and employers build supportive, sustainable teams.
