Modern Venice Homes is a residential development collection by M.E. Development, Inc., featuring custom-designed homes on the Venice Walk Streets in Venice, California. Created with Joan Behnke & Associates and Abramson Architects, the collection brings together contemporary architecture, considered interiors, and the distinctive character of the neighborhood. Its three residences are located side by side on Marco Place, near the Abbot Kinney area.
