Modifi Career Counselling and Psychotherapy

Modifi Career Counselling and Psychotherapy provides virtual career counselling and psychotherapy to clients across Ontario. The practice is led by Ashley, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Career Counsellor, and supports people who feel stuck, stressed, burned out, or uncertain about their next career step. Services address career transitions, job dissatisfaction, workplace challenges, work-life balance, self-doubt, and finding greater direction and purpose.

Clients can choose individual career counselling, career psychotherapy, or career assessments to explore how their skills and interests align with meaningful work. Modifi also offers focused programs, including the Career Identity Lab, Career Planning Clinic, Resume Roadmap, and Job Search Playbook. Support may include career planning, action plans, resume development, job-search and interview preparation, and guidance on options such as further education or entrepreneurship.

Sessions are held online by secure video or phone for clients anywhere in Ontario. A free 15-minute consultation lets prospective clients discuss their goals and assess fit.
