Modrá farbička

Modrá Farbička is a children’s support centre in Nové Zámky, Slovakia, providing individual and group interventions for children aged 2 to 10. Established in 2020, the centre works with children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, communication difficulties, delayed development and other special needs. Its approach is tailored to each child: every child has a therapist and an individual plan based on their needs and goals.

Services include 60-minute one-to-one ABA sessions focused on communication, play, independence and self-care skills. Small-group sessions, typically for three to five children, help participants practise interacting with peers, joining play and taking turns. The process begins with an online application, followed by a consultation with the family and child; regular sessions are arranged when a suitable place is available. Goals are set collaboratively after the first meetings, and children attend at least weekly.

The centre’s team includes psychologists and therapists with experience supporting children, with ongoing training in ABA, alternative communication, sensory processing and related areas.
