Modum Begravelsesbyrå is a funeral service provider based in central Vikersund, serving families in Modum, Sigdal and Krødsherad. Established in 1995 as a branch of Buskerud Begravelsesbyrå, it offers experienced, personal support to relatives before, during and after a funeral. Staff are available around the clock, every day of the year, and can meet families at the office or visit them at home.

The bureau helps plan funerals and memorial services, coordinates practical arrangements, and provides clear price information and written estimates. Its services include guidance on ceremony planning, music, flowers, coffins and urns, as well as support with domestic and international transport. After the service, families can find assistance with gravestones and burial plots, memorial pages, death notices, livestreamed ceremonies, flower orders and memorial donations.

Modum Begravelsesbyrå also shares useful information for people coping with a death, including frequently asked questions and preparation advice for meetings. Its free conversation cards are designed to encourage open discussions among family and friends.
