Moeki-Foodtruck

MÖKI, short for Möhrchen liebt Kichererbse, is a plant-based food and catering business run by Anja and Carmen in the Bietigheim-Bissingen region. Its mobile food truck and trailer bring freshly prepared vegan and vegetarian street food to weddings, birthdays, festivals, company events, health days and other gatherings. MÖKI creates individual catering menus and accommodates dietary needs, including gluten and lactose intolerance. Its offerings include falafel wraps, bowls and snacks, burgers, salads, sides, sauces, dressings and sweet crêpes, with recipes and menus shaped by seasonal ingredients and creative combinations.

The business emphasizes fresh, nutritious food made without additives, using ingredients sourced largely from regional suppliers. It prepares falafel from Demeter chickpeas and makes burger patties, falafel mix, sides and dressings to its own recipes. Fermenting and preserving help bring seasonal produce into its dishes. Beyond catering, MÖKI supports organic, plant-based and regional food brands and public-sector clients through recipe development, tastings, podcast interviews and personal brand communication.
