Moema Gourmet is a Swiss culinary brand founded in 2016 by Amuni Ghazzaoui and Andreas Portmann, whose partnership brings together Brazilian and Swiss cultural influences. The company creates contemporary cuisine inspired by the diversity of South America and Switzerland, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and environmentally conscious practices. Its dishes are prepared in its own kitchen with care and craftsmanship, and its commitment to quality was recognised with the Fait Maison label in 2023.

Moema offers catering and event services for occasions ranging from small gatherings to gala dinners, as well as brunches, business events, birthday parties, lunches and dinners. Services can include fresh cooking at the customer’s home, cakes, a Caipirinha bar, flowers, decorations, lighting, equipment, DJs, furniture, glassware and cutlery.

The brand also sells Cachaça Moema Prata and Ouro, alongside Brazilian-inspired treats such as brigadeiros, beijinhos and churros pralines, as well as cheeses and gift vouchers.
