Ofisi ya Rais Fedha na Mipango (Office of the President Finance and Planning) is a government institution in Zanzibar that is responsible for coordinating and managing the financial, economic, and development aspects of the country. The office was established after the Zanzibar Revolution in 1964 with the aim of bringing the economy under the control of the people, particularly the indigenous population who previously had no stake or share in the nation's economy. Over the years, the structure of the institution has evolved to meet the changing needs and expectations of the Zanzibar Revolutionary Government.

Initially, it operated as a finance office under the Afro Shirazi Party, and later as a department under the Office of the President, Special Duties. In 1978, it became a separate permanent commission known as the Planning Commission. In 1988, the finance and planning institutions were merged to form the Ministry of Finance and Planning, and in subsequent years, it underwent further restructuring.

The Office of the President Finance and Planning is responsible for various divisions such as Finance Management, Budget, Foreign Finance, Planning, and Research. It oversees the collection of revenues, budget preparation, financial management, public assets management, and coordination of national development plans. Overall, the institution plays a crucial role in managing the economic and financial affairs of Zanzibar, ensuring effective budgeting, revenue collection, and allocation of resources for development projects
