Mohawk Valley MMA

Mohawk Valley MMA is a mixed martial arts training gym in the New Hartford Shopping Center in New Hartford, New York. Its 4,500-square-foot custom-built facility includes open training areas and striking stations. Owned and led by head coach Duff Holmes, who has two decades of experience, the gym has developed and coached professional and amateur fighters who have competed in organizations including the UFC, Bellator, CFFC, and King of the Cage.

Training focuses exclusively on MMA, combining boxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, and jiu-jitsu to help students develop well-rounded skills for attacking and defending from different positions. Programs include Jr. MMA for ages 8–12, All Level MMA for beginners and intermediate students aged 13 and up, Advanced training for intermediate and advanced students aged 15 and up, and a Fight Team for experienced fighters aged 18 and up. The gym also offers private sessions for individuals or groups of up to 32. Monthly unlimited class options are listed for its programs, with pricing varying by program.
