About MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation
MOHT, the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation, is an agile and innovative brand dedicated to redesigning healthcare in Singapore. With an experimental and evidence-based approach, MOHT aims to reshape the health system at this exciting time of challenge and opportunity. One of their featured initiatives is Healthy Precincts, which focuses on creating a conducive environment and integrated health and social ecosystem to support healthy lifestyles for all.
Another program, Design4Impact, is dedicated to improving the mental health and wellbeing of the community. This project, in collaboration with MSF, NCSS, and IMH, empowers individuals to enhance their health and emotional wellbeing. MOHT works closely with key stakeholders, agencies, and clusters to develop comprehensive care programs across the continuum.
