Molde Klatresenter is a climbing centre in Molde, Norway, set beside the Moldefjord. Owned and operated by the climbing club Romsdal Tindegruppe, it aims to make climbing accessible to everyone in a safe, welcoming environment. The centre offers climbing facilities, memberships, day visits and equipment rental, alongside courses for beginners and climbers looking to improve their skills.
Its Brattkort course introduces safe belaying on top rope and lead routes, with practice time and equipment included after the course. Visitors can also join children’s and youth groups, training sessions, yoga, workshops and activities for businesses, or celebrate with a children’s birthday party. Regular programmes include senior climbing with instructor support, equipment and a social coffee break, as well as meetups for parents on leave.
Molde Klatresenter also hosts events such as bouldering jams and film screenings. Through the Ung i Høgda initiative, regional eighth-grade students can receive a free annual pass, supporting youth participation, confidence and community. The centre shares practical information on prices, opening hours and climbing safety
