About Moluks Platform
Moluks Platform is an online directory and community initiative that gives visibility to talented entrepreneurs and professionals of Molukan heritage. It brings together people working across a wide range of fields, including the arts, law, physiotherapy and filmmaking, and offers a central place where visitors can discover their work and find inspiration. The platform is organized by location and category, helping users explore businesses and professionals throughout the Netherlands.
Its listings cover services, food and drink, and art and culture, with regional browsing options for provinces including North Holland and South Holland. The idea grew from a search for Molukan entrepreneurs inspired by Bung Ed Leatemia’s book Role Models, which features 70 portraits and success stories. Finding such entrepreneurs online was not easy, prompting the creation of a more accessible platform.
Guided by “Lain Bantu Lain,” or helping one another, Moluks Platform aims to support the community and contribute to a positive, inspiring picture of Molukan people
